RAGÚ is teaming up with Lasagna Love now through National Lasagna Day!
RAGÚ®, the iconic pasta-sauce brand that has been at the heart of family mealtime in the US for over 85 years, has partnered with Lasagna Love, a nonprofit whose mission is to feed families, spread kindness, and strengthen communities through home-cooked meal delivery. Together, we are excited to empower the public to Cook Like a Mother for Others.
From now until National Lasagna Day, RAGÚ invites consumers to sign up to become a Lasagna Love volunteer to make and deliver lasagnas to members of their local community, and help the organization break their record for most lasagnas made on National Lasagna Day.
The first 250 consumers to join the Lasagna Love family of volunteers by July 29th will receive a special thank you gift from RAGÚ, including a spoon perfect for mixing lasagna ingredients, a recipe card to help guide you, and a coupon for a free jar of delicious RAGÚ sauce. Sign up below!
Thank you for joining us in spreading the lasagna love in your community – on National Lasagna Day and beyond.

Stories from our volunteers
I began volunteering with Lasagna Love in the fall of 2020 – the Covid pandemic exposed needs in my community on so many levels. I’m a foodie and enjoy cooking and eating good food! I get really excited when I know I’m making dinner for a family with kids. It has to be so difficult to be a parent and know that your child is hungry. Lasagna Love volunteers help ease that, if even only for a day or two.
Do I ever hear or receive a “thank you”? Truth be told, not as often as perhaps I would like – the key word “I”. Asking for help is difficult and it’s universal across the many cultures we serve. But I alway remind myself that my act of kindness, that dinner, helped a family, and that for a variety of reasons needed what I was able to do for them at that time.
“My family began our Lasagna Love journey in January when my kids, Annabella and Alexander, included “charity work” in their New Year’s resolutions. The pandemic and restrictions on minors working made that hard to achieve. Then I saw Rhiannon on the Today Show promoting Lasagna Love and thought: ‘the kids love to cook and can do it safely at home.’ My beautiful Lasagna Kids have been making lasagnas every week since. It’s wonderful to have a family project to help other families!”
After moving to a new state in the middle of a pandemic, I was looking for a safe way to support my new community. That is when I found Lasagna Love. I instantly fell in love with the mission – not only fighting food insecurity, but also really focusing on spreading kindness and love to our neighbors.
This adventure has helped me to instill these values of kindness into my children, as they help me cook and deliver our meals. I truly enjoy the connections and friendships I have made with fellow volunteers and families.
